General Terms of Use for GenWealth Applications and Services

In these Terms of Use, "GenWealth Applications" means all software applications, Discord bots, web services and future digital tools developed and operated by the GenWealth team.
By joining the "GenWealthTools" Discord server and/or using any GenWealth Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these General Terms of Use ("Terms").
The GenWealth Applications offer services and digital tools related to decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain and crypto-assets, such as position tracking, fee claiming, signal generation, copy-trading and any other associated services. Each individual application, described in its dedicated section below, operates under its own terms (services offered, fees, scope).
The GenWealthTracker app is free to download and use. However, a 2.5% commission will be automatically deducted from each "fee-claim" transaction executed through the app.
Digital assets are highly volatile and may result in a partial or total loss of invested capital. You assume full responsibility for any decisions and transactions you make while using the application. The GenWealth team disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly from your use of the application or the information provided.
GenWealth, its developers and operators do not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the application, Discord messages or any associated content. Under no circumstances shall GenWealth, its developers or its operators be liable for financial losses, service interruptions, code errors or any other adverse consequences resulting from use of the application.
All analyses, charts, position statuses and recommendations shared on the Discord server or via the application are provided solely to help you understand DeFi mechanisms and do not constitute professional advice. You should always conduct your own research and, if necessary, consult a qualified professional.
The source code, trademarks, logos, interfaces, messages and all other content related to the GenWealth Applications remain the exclusive property of their authors. Any reproduction, distribution or modification without written permission is prohibited.
GenWealth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any update, dated and deployed through a new version of the application, will require re-acceptance before further use of the service.
These Terms come into effect upon the user's first installation and use of the application and remain in force as long as the application is used. The user may terminate at any time, at no cost, by uninstalling the application. The user expressly acknowledges and agrees to waive the 14-day withdrawal right, since the service begins immediately upon first use of the software.
