2. Data Collected

GenWealth does not collect, store or process any personally identifiable information (usernames, passwords, IP addresses, cookies, positions, wallet addresses, etc.) via its Applications, website or Discord bots.

3. Cookies

No cookies or trackers are intentionally placed or used by GenWealth on its website or within its Applications. If you encounter any cookie mechanisms (for example via Discord or Vercel), they are managed by those third parties and do not pass through GenWealth.

4. Data Hosting

Since no personal data is collected, there is no hosting or transfer of personal data by GenWealth. Log messages are generated locally and sent directly to the user's Discord channels, which are hosted by Discord, Inc.

5. User Rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to object
• Right to data portability

However, as no personal data is processed, these rights do not apply in practice. You may nevertheless contact us with any request or question regarding your data at support@genwealth.fi.

As GenWealth does not maintain any personal data repositories, no special security measures beyond standard application best practices are required.
